2. Turn off the alarm switch and turn on all control power. At this time, part of the fault indicator light is on.

3. Start the smoking fan, and then start the combustion fan after normal operation.

4. Open the main valve, console solenoid valve, and the manual ball valve of the gas branch before the burner, and open the manual ball valve of the combustion air pipe according to the burning need.

5. When the tunnel kiln temperature rises to the required temperature, it starts to enter the blank, and starts the exhaust fan and the quench fan. Adjust the manual gate valve on each exhaust pipe at any time to control the cooling zone temperature until stable.

6. After normal operation, start the kiln tail cooling fan.
